Vasilis Anastasiadis is the Production Manager of Nova Packaging Hellas SA, where he leads end-to-end manufacturing operations for corrugated packaging products in a high-volume, multi-shift industrial environment. With responsibility for more than 120 employees, he focuses on operational excellence, safety culture, and the continuous improvement of production performance through Lean Manufacturing principles, data-driven decision-making, and structured leadership development.

Vasilis began his career in the packaging industry in production planning and quality control roles, gaining hands-on experience across the full manufacturing value chain—from raw material planning and logistics to critical quality control and process stability.

He holds a degree in Production Engineering and Management from Democritus University of Thrace and an Executive MBA from the International Hellenic University. His academic and professional background is strongly rooted in Lean Production, continuous improvement, and smart manufacturing systems.
