Spiros Vamvakas

Spiros Vamvakas is a passionate advocate for productivity and operational excellence in manufacturing. Mechanical Engineer by training, Spiros began his career on the production shop floor and steadily advanced through every major function of manufacturing at Coca-Cola HBC (3E), gaining hands-on experience along the way.

Rooted in the principles of Lean Manufacturing, Spiros has helped numerous Greek industries drive continuous improvement and operational transformation. His consulting approach is practical and results-driven, reflecting his belief that excellence starts with a deep understanding of the people and processes on the ground.

Beyond consulting, Spiros is a dedicated knowledge-sharer. He frequently delivers seminars, publishes industry articles, speaks at conferences, supports academic research, and contributes to professional workshops and forums. His commitment to advancing the field is further reflected in his role as Vice President of the Hellenic Maintenance Society (HMS), where he actively promotes best practices in maintenance and asset management.

In his most recent endeavor, Spiros serves as an OEE Ambassador in partnership with Evocon, a leading real-time OEE monitoring solution with over 1,200 installations in Greece. Through this role, he empowers manufacturers to embrace digital transformation, proving that the path to a Smart Factory can be simple yet impactful.
