I started here as a quiet mechanical engineering graduate who just wanted to hide behind a screen—but everything changed when I was asked to host a company-wide meeting. Though terrifying then, that moment sparked a passion for growth, leadership, and making work meaningful. Now, I see it as my purpose to help others reduce waste and get more value out of their 4,000 weeks—whether on the shop floor or in everyday life.
