With over 22 years at Dragees Hatziyiannakis S.A., I advanced from Quality Assurance Manager to Plant Director, leading all plant operations. Recognized among Greece’s Top-100 Plant Managers (Powerlist 2023), I combine expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, HACCP, risk assessment and GFSI systems with a proven ability to optimize production, ensure compliance and deliver operational excellence.
I have driven process standardization, digital transformation and continuous improvement, including full digitization of 3.300 SKUs (2023–2024) and the factory relocation to Polydendri (2024). By implementing Lean principles, I improved efficiency, standardized processes and enhanced quality while mentoring high-performing teams and fostering engagement.
